Ingredients

• 250g butter, diced and softened
• 1 cup CSR Caster Sugar
• 4 extra-large eggs
• 2 tsp finely grated orange rind
• 1 ¾ cups White Wings self raising flour
• ½ cup desiccated coconut
• ½ cup milk
• 150g butter, diced and softened
• 250g pack of CSR Vanilla Buttercream Icing mixture
• 1 tbsp orange juice
• 100g white chocolate buttons, melted
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• Liquorice and marshmallow, for decoration
