- 1 teaspoon(s) Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon(s) freshly cracked black peppercorns
- 1 cup(s) sugar or half sugar and half splenda, your choice
- 1 tablespoon(s) dry mustard
- 3 tablespoon(s) finely minced yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon(s) hungarian paprika
- 1 clove(s) garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
