• 1 cup red bell pepper, small diced
• 1 cup orange bell pepper, small diced
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup golden raisins
• 1/2 tablespoon Kosher Salt Diamond Crystal
• 2 tablespoons capers
• 1/2 cup whole pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced
• 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
• 1 cup dry white wine
• 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
