• 340 g Italpasta Large Pasta Shells ((Approximately 1/3 of 900g bag))
• 1 cup (250 mL) shredded aged white Cheddar cheese
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) grated Gruyère cheese
• 3/4 cup (175 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cups (500 mL) 35% whipping cream
• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 2 cups (500 mL) flaked crab meat
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) chopped fresh chives (divided)
• 2 tsp (10 mL) salt
• 2 tsp (10 mL) pepper
