• 3 green chilies, chopped

• 1 tbsp fennel seeds

• 10 eggplants, small round white
• 1 bunch(es) Thai basil
• salt and pepper, to taste
• sugar
• 5 kaffir lime leaves
• 2 limes, the juice
• some palm sugar
