Ingredients

• 150 ml (2/3 cup) of flour
• 1 package of baking powder
• 100 ml (3/8 cup) of oil
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
• 100 ml (3/8 cup) of grated Gruyère cheese
• 1 fresh salmon fillet of 200 g (whitout skin and fish bones)
• 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
• 1 nuts of butter
