MEATBALL MAC & CHEESE CUPS - Casa Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1lb elbow pasta
• ¼ cup butter (salted or unsalted)
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup milk (we used 2%, but whole or 1% work as well)
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 2 cups shredded white cheddar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 6-8 Casa Meatballs
• Nonstick cooking spray
• Prepared (and cooled) Mac & Cheese
• Extra ½ cup shredded white cheddar cheese
