• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
• 1/2 tsp. whole oregano
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
