• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 3 phyllo
• 3 eggplants
• 1 bottle of mineral water
• 65 gr olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp pepper paste
• 2 tsp hot pepper paste
• 1 cup grated tomato
• 1 cup tomato juice
• 2 cloves of garlic (grated)
