Ingredients

• 1 cup *fine* cornmeal/polenta- grind in coffee grinder if too coarse
• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ½ cup butter, melted
• ⅓ cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon lemon
