Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups basmati rice boiled and drained.
• 1 chicken cut in portions
• 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste or 1 teaspoon garlic and 1 teaspoon red chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon crushed cumin
• 1 teaspoon crushed coriander
• 1 teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon tumeric
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 4 tablespoon butter
• 1 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1 teaspoon fresh chilli paste
• 3 tablespoon tomato puree
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
