Gourmet Butter Cauliflower (with Chicken) recipe by Mrs Ally

Ingredients

• 1 kg chicken fillet, cubed
• 2 teaspoons salt, heaped
• 1 teaspoon Dhana powder
• 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 teaspoon chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• ¼ cup oil
• 3-4 heaped tablespoons butter
• 2 green chillies, minced
• 3-4 medium cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 teaspoon jeera seeds
• 2 teaspoons Kulunji seeds
• 1 medium head of cauliflower, cleaned and floreted
• 1 medium lemon, juiced (about ¼ cup- don't use bottled juice, it's bitter!)
• 1 tub of cream
• 2 cups full cream milk
• 1 tablespoon maizena (corn flour) mixed in a little cold water
