Ingredients
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 lbs lobster meat
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 cups chopped tomatoes, w/ their juice
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 cups milk (half & half for a creamier soup)
- salt
- pepper
