Ingredients

• 1 chicken breast, cut lengthwise
• 1 lime, squeeze the water
• 2 tbsp oil
• 100 ml of thick coconut milk
• 2 lime leaves
• ½ lemongrass
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 stalk of basil or coriander, thinly sliced
• 4 red chilies
• 2 garlic
• 4 shallots
• 2 candlenuts
• 1 tsp ginger powder or 1 cm ginger
