• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• 30g butter
• 2 shallots, finely chopped
• 1 fresh rosemary sprig, leaves picked and finely chopped

• 200g jar cranberry sauce
• 100ml pomegranate juice
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
