• 1/3 recipe Spooky Black Pie Dough recipe
• 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey breast, diced
• 1 cup fennel, diced
• 1 small onion, diced
• 1 purple carrot, diced
• 1 sprig rosemary, finely chopped
• Small handful Italian parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup peas
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 cup white wine
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• Pinch nutmeg
• Pepper to taste
• Salt to taste
• Flour for dusting
• 1 egg for egg wash
