This is one of the most delicious cakes I have made. The sweetness of the white chocolate is contrasted with the tartness of the rhubarb. The crumb is wonderful
Ingredients
- 100g brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 200g unsalted butter, softened
- Seeds scraped from a vanilla pod or 1tsp vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 250g full fat sour cream
- 250g self-raising flour
- 250g rhubarb, cut into 1cm pieces
- 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped
