South Carolina Gumbo – WLDS

Ingredients

• 2 c boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
• 2-14 1/2 oz cans chicken broth
• 1 c water
• 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 stalk celery, sliced
• 1/2 green pepper, chopped
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Cajun, seasoning
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 c instant rice, uncooked
