• 1 x cucumber, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 x red pepper, peeled and diced
• 2 x 410 g cans Rhodes Quality Mild & Spicy Chakalaka
• salt and freshly cracked black pepper
• To serve: 30 ml (2 Tbsp) chopped parsley
