• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
• 4 cups Orrington Farms® Broth Base - Chicken Flavored, prepared according to package directions
• 2 cups water
• 2 tsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
• 2 tsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried rosemary

• 2 cups cooked wild rice
• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
• 1 cup heavy cream
• Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
