• 1/4 cup (60 ml) butter
• 1 cup (250 ml) finely chopped onion
• 1 cup (250 ml) Chicken Stock
• 1 cup (250 ml) milk
• 1 cup (250 ml) sour cream
• 2 cups (500 ml) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
• 4 cups (1 liter) shredded potatoes, fresh or frozen, thawed
• 1 cup (250 ml) crushed corn flakes
• 2 tbsp (30 ml) melted butter
