Tahini, Pistachio and Chocolate Chunk Cookies – Alamir Bakery
Everyone's Grandmother had their favourite chocolate chunk cookie recipe, but adding pistachios and tahini has made this into the ultimate chocolate hit to fuel your day!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Alamir Bakery Tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 free-range egg medium
- ⅓ cup maple syrup/honey
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp espresso power mixed with 1 Tbsp hot water
- ⅔ cup spelt flour
- ⅓ cup almond meal
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 90 g RSF dark chocolate chopped
- ⅓ cup roughly chopped pistachio nuts
