- 80g Pilze (Shiitake oder Champignons, in Scheiben geschnitten)
- ½ Chinakohl
- 4-5 EL fertige Hot Pot-Soße (nach Geschmack anpassen)
- 1 l Wasser (oder Brühe, wenn gewünscht)
- 1 Frühlingszwiebel (in Scheiben geschnitten, zum Garnieren)
