Cool & Creamy Classic Artichoke Ice Pops
The secret is using Ocean Mist Farms' Season & Steam Artichokes to whip up these cool pops in a jiffy!
Ingredients
- 1 Season & Steam® artichoke (heart, stem and crown), prepared
- 4 cups rice milk
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ tsp. cinnamon
- Green food coloring (optional)
- In a blender, combine the cooked artichoke steam, heart and crown with 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk. Blend on high until smooth.
- Add the remaining sweetened condensed milk, rice milk and cinnamon. Pulse until mixture is well combined. Add green food coloring and pulse until you reach the desired shade of green.
- Pour the liquid into the ice pop molds and insert wooden stick into each pop. Freeze pops for 8 hours or until solid. Pops can be kept frozen for 2 weeks (if they last that long)!
