Apple-Bacon Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 oz. thick-sliced bacon, diced
• 1 stick unsalted butter (8 Tbsp.)
• 3 cups peeled and diced Honeycrisp apples
• 2 cups diced onions
• 1 cup diced celery
• ½ cup dry white wine
• 1 loaf French bread (1 lb.), cut into 1-inch cubes and staled
• 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
• 1 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
• ¾ cup chopped fresh parsley
• 3 Tbsp. minced fresh sage
• 2 eggs, beaten
• Minced zest of 2 lemons
• 1 Tbsp. kosher salt
• 2 tsp. black pepper
