Ingredients

• 1 small onion, chopped

• 1 tbsp (15 mL) nutritional yeast (optional) *optional
• 1 tsp (5 mL) garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp (1.2 mL) ground cumin
• 1/4 tsp (1.2 mL) dried oregano
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) reduced-sodium soy sauce
• 6 corn tortillas
• 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/2 c (76 g) tomato, diced
• 1/3 c (86 mL) salsa
• 1/2 avocado, sliced (optional) *optional
