Ingredients

• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into small pieces
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1-2 tbsp cold water
• 1 cup fresh SanLucar blueberries
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp grated SanLucar lemon zest
• 1 tbsp SanLucar lemon juice
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
