Cod Florentine | Recipe Binder
I got this Flounder Florentine recipe out of the Taste of Home’s Casseroles, slow cooker & soups cookbook. I used Cod in this dish and it was one of the best fish dinners I’ve ever had.
Ingredients
- 1 Pkg (10-oz) of frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and chopped,
- .5 Lb. Cod or Flounder (You Choose)
- 1.5 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp of butter
- 1.5 Tbsp of All purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 or less of tsp. ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup of milk
- 1/2 Tbsp or more of Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. of paprika (Optional)
