- 300g, Demerara sugar
- zest of 1, orange

- 1 tsp, cinnamon
- 1, large egg, beaten
- 350g, self-raising flour
- 200g, butter, softened
- 400g, icing sugar
- 1 tsp, vanilla extract
- 100g, white chocolate, melted
- A small amount, white chocolate shavings
- A handful, chopped mixed nuts and fruit
