Ingredients

• 2 medium beets, peeled and grated
• 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
• 1 carrot, peeled and diced
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 2 g minced garlic cloves
• 400 g beef or pork, cut into cubes
• 4 cup beef or vegetable broth, in cup
• 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• 1 bay leaf
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
