• 3 pounds of red potatoes, cleaned and diced into small cubes
• 2 medium jalapenos, chopped
• ½ cup of mayo (116 g)
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded finely
• 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (60 g)
• 8 slices of cooked bacon, diced (save some for garnish)
• ½ cup ranch dressing (120 g)
• One small red onion, diced up
• ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
