Thai Cod Fishcakes - SuperValu
These fishcakes can be used for a Friday night dinner or as nibbles at a dinner party.
Ingredients
- 500 g Cod skinned, boned and chopped
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 1 - Fresh Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic finely chopped
- 125 g Green Beans
- 125 ml Light Coconut Milk
- 1 cup Rapeseed Oil for frying, enough to half-fill a heavy-based frying pan
- 0.5 - Red Pepper finely chopped
- 1 bunch SuperValu Fresh Coriander chopped
- 3 - SuperValu Scallions finely chopped
- 4 tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
