- 1 c. saltine or Ritz crackers, crushed (Club is okay too)
- ¼ c. butter, melted
- 2 ½ c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
- 2 eggs
- ¾ c. milk
- ½ tsp. salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ c. shredded sharp cheese
- chopped ham, bacon bits, chopped parsley to garnish, optional
