- 3-5 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/3 c. clear jel (optional)
