• ¼ cup Dried Shallots
• 3 Tbsp bread crumbs, unseasoned
• 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
• 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 Tbsp Sweet Italian Sausage Seasoning
• For soup
• 8 cups low sodium chicken stock
• ½ cup onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 small carrots, diced
• 2-3 cups kale or escarole, chopped
• 1 cup ditalini or other small pasta
• 2 tsp olive oil
• Salt and Pepper to taste
