- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (thin cutlets)
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 4 pods star anise
- 4 ounces dry spaghetti pasta (broke into thirds)
- 8 ounces mini wontons, frozen (about 16 pieces)
- 4 cups fresh spinach (baby spinach)
