• 1 small stick of leek (leek)
• 1 TEASPOON + 2 tablespoons oil
• 50 g Diced ham
• 2-3 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
• 2-3 TABLESPOONS Schmand
• 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
• 2 Pork fillets (approx. 350 g each)
• 1⁄8 l White wine (e.g. Riesling)
• 200 g Whipped cream
• 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
• 2 packages (400 g each) fresh pasta (from the refrigerator)
• 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn
