Ingredients

• 1 226g (8oz) Inside Round Noble Premium Bison Steak
• 1 tbsp (15ml) soy sauce
• 1 tbsp (15ml) rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp (15ml) Hoisin sauce
• 1 tsp (5ml) sriracha
• 1 tsp (5ml) sesame oil
• 1 tsp (5ml) grated ginger
• Juice of half a lime
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 cups (500ml) savoy cabbage, finely chopped
• 2 carrot, finely chopped
• 3 green onions, sliced
• 1 400g package of wonton wrappers
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
