Ingredients

• 226g (8 oz) Lean Ground Noble Premium Bison
• 4 tbsp (60ml) salted butter
• 1 small yellow onion, finely minced
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 tsp (5ml) fennel seeds
• 1 tsp (5ml) dry mustard
• 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) celery seed
• 1 tsp (5ml) dried parsley
• 1/2 tsp (2.5ml) salt
• Black pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup (60ml) seasoned panko breadcrumbs
• 225g puff pastry (1 of the 2 rolls that come in a two-pack)
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp (15ml) water
