Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 roasted red peppers
- ½ chipotle paste
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 100ml vegetable stock
- 100g Passata
- Salt & pepper to taste
