Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cold water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or sliced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar for blueberries OR 1/8 cup sugar for strawberries
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- OPTIONAL: 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for blueberries only)
- 1/2 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 2 tsp whipping cream, milk, or water
- Sparkling sugar, raw sugar, or decorator's sugar
