- 2 ts Chile paste
- 1 Sheet Nori
- 1 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c Cornstarch
- 1/2 c Sushi rice
- 1/8 Avocado
- 3 tb Lime juice
- 2 c Tempura batter
- 1 ts Shallot (chopped)
- 2 ts Seasoned rice vinegar
- 3 Egg yolks**
