  • 1 tbsp lukewarm water
  • 200g double cream
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 125g apple compote/sauce
  • 125g Stork
  • 250g icing sugar
  • 75g white chocolate, melted and cooled
  • brown food colouring
  • 70g milk chocolate candy melts
  • 35g white chocolate candy melts
  • 25g red candy melts
  • 50g brown sugarpaste
