Creamy Chicken Tetrazzini - Bell & Evans

• 2 lbs. Bell & Evans Fully Cooked Boneless, Skinless Grilled Diced Chicken Breast or try 2 Pkg of our NEW Bell & Evans Cubed Chicken
• 12 oz Spaghetti
• 8 TB Unsalted butter, divided, plus more for greasing dish
• 1 lb White button mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
• 1 medium Yellow onion, chopped
• 5 cloves Garlic, minced
• 2 tsp Minced fresh thyme
• 1/2 cup Dry white wine
• 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
• 4 cups Milk
• 1 cup Frozen peas
• 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
