• Tuna patties:
• 1 350gm can tuna in springwater, drained and finely flaked
• 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup finely chopped spring onions
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup skim milk
• 1/2 ts grated lemon peel
• Lemon dill sauce:
• 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt
• 1 Tbs lemon juice
• 1/4 ts dried dill
