• 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
• 1/4 cup sweet chili dipping sauce (I use Blue Dragon)
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 big handful fresh cilantro, roughly chopped or torn
• dash freshly ground black pepper
