• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 2 tablespoon ketchup
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• salt and pepper, and crushed red pepper to taste
