Venison Pie

Ingredients

• 2 kg Venison neck
• 12 ml Flour
• 5 ml Paprika
• 5 ml Salt and ground black pepper
• 40 ml Cooking oil
• 250 grams Bacon cubed
• 2 Onions chopped
• 15 ml Garlic crushed
• 2 Carrots sliced
• 2 stalks Celery chopped
• 500 ml Red wine
• 1 litre Stock
• 15 ml Juniper berries bruised
• 15 ml Ground coriander
• 1 roll Puff pastry
• 1 Egg (to brush)
