Ingredients

• 10 ounces thick-cut bacon (sliced into lardons)

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 ears corn (or 1 cup corn kernels)
• 1 ½ cups cooking cream (or half-and-half)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• ½ tsp chili flakes
