Ingredients

• 2 to 2¼ cups bread flour
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 packet Fleischmann’s ® RapidRise ® Instant Yeast
• 1 cup warm water (120° to 130°F)
• 1 tablespoon Mazola ® Corn Oil
• ⅓ cup marinara sauce
• 1 cup shredded low-moisture, part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 ounces by weight)
• 8–12 pepperoni slices
• Basil, for garnish
